Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Service Cancellation:
Customers may cancel their service request before repair work has started. Once repair work has begun or parts have been replaced, the cancellation cannot be accepted.
2. Refund Policy:
Refunds will be processed only if:
The customer has made a payment but later decides to cancel before the service begins, or
A duplicate payment has been made accidentally.
All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5โ7 business days.
3. No Refund for Completed Services:
Once the repair or replacement service has been completed and delivered, no refund will be applicable.
