MS Laptop is an independent laptop repair and service shop. We are not an authorized service center for any laptop brand. All brand names and trademarks are owned by their respective companies and used only to describe our services.
Service charges will be communicated before repair. Any parts replacement will be informed with cost prior to service.
Warranty applies only to the specific repair or part replaced and for the duration stated at the time of service (if applicable). Physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs void the warranty.
4. Customer Responsibility
Please back up your data before handing over your laptop. We are not responsible for data loss.
While we take utmost care, we are not responsible for damages due to pre-existing issues or force majeure events.
Any disputes will be subject to Chennai jurisdiction.
